Description

Ground, assembled and finished by hand today by Sheffield craftsmen at Egginton, since 1986, who continue to produce knives that Joseph himself would have been proud to own. Joseph Rodgers is one of the oldest, most famous trademarks in the world, bearing ‘The Star’ and ‘Maltese Cross’ Trademark, originally registered in 1682.

Traditional knife, specifically designed for slicing and minimizing the potential of accidental piercing, manufactured in world-famous high carbon stainless steel with a fine mirror polish, ideal for farming, grafting and general purpose use.

The laminated woods are carefully shaped to reveal the grains and different colours in the layers of wood from which they are made.
